We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator – Not an admin assistant or executive assistant and someone who can juggle all the balls and keep them in the air!

We are looking for someone who is

Pro-active,

loves to & can learn new things quickly, easily, & in a pinch,
sees the Big Picture and will act appropriately towards furthering it,
is SUPER organized,
detailed oriented,
a problem solver,
productive,
and above all,
does it all with a great attitude and zest!
Here are just some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

scheduling (including, but not limited to: webinars, interviews, speaking, events, & coaching.)
setting up webinars
Sending & setting up email marketing with links to scheduled activities and replays as appropriate
Manage team activities in project management software
Execute executive & operations teams’ research requests
Gather and package metrics to provide to Executive team on a regular periodic basis
Assist in coordinating tasks for events
Record, process, place, and disseminate webinar replays
Take minutes and disseminate action task coordination from meetings
Assist in research, layout, and write up of reporting of processes and procedures as created & directed by Operations Director
and other tasks to keep our company humming smoothly
Qualifications:

2 years minimum as an administrative coordinator with a successful, proven track record
1 year + Experience in the online, digital space
Experience working remotely & independently
High speed internet, reliable & fulltime access
Reliable computer, less than 2 years old, with version Microsoft office no more than 2 years old
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Proficient in online programs listed below
Must be available to work 6 to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. May require some evenings to execute webinars and other tasks. Must be able to travel up to 20% of time for events & meetings
Must be able to respond in U.S. Eastern Standard Time Zone
Must be able to speak and write in English, fluently
Online Programs You Should already be Proficient in:

Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint in particular (must have access to this already)
Google mail, Calendar, and drive
If You are familiar with the following, it would be a HUGE bonus

WordPress
