Berean Group is seeking an Epic ASAP Team Lead / Project Manager Location: Fort Myers, FL Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Varies Work Days: Varies Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Summary: The Epic ASAP Team Lead / Project Manager is primarily responsible for the leadership and project management of the Epic ASAP (Emergency Department) project and team. The Team Lead is responsible system-wide for the standardized implementation, maintenance and support of the Emergency Department computer systems to ensure compliance. The Team Lead manages the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, scope and timeline; and ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on, resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner. The ASAP Team Lead proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting, implementation, support and maintenance activities. Leads teams, individuals and peers with a positive attitude of accomplishment. Job Requirements: Prior experience leading and project managing acute care Emergency Department (or similar Clinical Information Systems) software implementations is required. Epic ASAP Certification and experience in leading Epic ASAP implementations is strongly preferred. Excellent project management discipline with a proven track record of meeting aggressive timelines and achieving quality project outcomes. The Epic ASAP Team Lead / Project Manager will have oversight of team members with complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-business unit participants. Prior experience leading and motivating teams to reach aggressive outcomes is required. Outstanding communication, collaboration and facilitation skills is required. Candidate with clinical background and experience is preferred. This role will include routine use of Microsoft office products.
