Summary:
Mom is home about 85% of the time, needs an extra pair of hands. Must be flexible (work 5 days sometimes, 3 days sometimes), sleep over occasionally. Travel schedule, helping mom with home schooling and keeping children occupied. Washing, putting away clothes, empty dishwasher, etc. Cook for the kids. A nanny who also speaks French, Italian, or Mandarin would be a plus, but not a deal breaker.
